Such a table would be largely pointless.
XHTML 1.0 Transitional contains _all_ the elements and attributes
present in HTML 4.01 Transitional; and XHTML 1.0 Strict contains _all_
the elements and attributes present in HTML 4.01 Strict; (and ditto
for Frameset).
