I have a Visual Studio Team Server project. I'm trying to create a branch from a specific changeset in the history. I keep getting this error:

Everywhere I search on google tells me I need to create a new project in VSTS and in Visual Studio on my local machine (I have VS2015). I did that but I still get the same error.

Isn't there an easy-to-follow walkthrough for how to create branches in VSTS from a specific changeset?
