I found a solution (in my case).

您只需要添加 C：\ Users \ Servgey \ AppData \ Rooaming \ nnpm 和 C：\\\ local （当然，文件路径为npm和local）到系统变量（控制面板\系统和安全性System \高级系统设置）。
