I want to display menus on top of the page .. but ll items in that are wanted to come from the table.. I was wondring .. what is the perfect format and structure if i want to create a table structure for this menu ..

this will the structure ... Say .. I have Manage as my main item .. under is there is submenu item .. manage company .. under this there will be subsubmenu item that will be say "CompanyInfo ".. i want to display all from the database table .. what is structure for this type of table
