I can't install the Common Tools for Visual C++ 2015 in Visual Studio 2015. I goes through the installation and there is no bin folder in VC folder. This is a new install of Windows and Visual Studio 2015. I have no idea what I don't want to uninstall Visual Studio because everytime I have uninstall VS it leaves my pc in shambles. please help
