我已经以开发者门户中的用户身份登录.我设法通过模板删除了除个人资料以外的所有其他详细信息.
I have logged in as an user in developer portal. I managed to remove all the other details except the Profile via Template.
从上面的图片中，我需要删除希望关闭您的帐户" & 关闭帐户"选项.
From the above Image, i need to remove the "Looking to close your account" & "Close account" options.

If youSign up directly from Developer portal rather than adding the user from Portal.

It will show asclose account in the developer portal, because it is not added from portal as mentioned above.

Note: To remove "Close account" in the developer portal,I would recommend to close account and add user via portal.
