Hi,
I would like add a user to our Windows Dev Center (Trend Micro, Inc.(JP-RD)), but there are many problems about account management!
1. [email protected] exist the Azure AD, but Azure AD create other account with [email protected].
2. I had found [email protected] on Dev Center and assigned access permission to [email protected] , but [email protected] cannot login.
3. Only can use [email protected] login Dev Center, but this account does not have permission to use our Dev Center.
The add users steps, please refer below:
1. I had sent an invitation to [email protected] via "New guest user" on Azure AD.
2. I had accessed Windows Dev Center/Manage Users/Add User, than I had found "Bohan Zeng (bohan_zeng_trend.com.tw#EXT#@trendmicroincjprd.onmicrosoft.com)" and add selected. ?
However, Bohan received the following invitation letter from Azure AD :
"To access applications in the trendmicroincjprd organization, you'll need to sign in with [email protected]. This email address is associated with an account named [email protected]. "
Bohan must [email protected] to login Windows Dev Center, or show the error message "We don't recognize this use ID or password" if try to use [email protected].
But if Bohan login Windows Dev Center via [email protected], it was show:
"You must sign in as an Azure AD global administrator. This is not a Azure AD global administrator account. You must either sign in with a different account , or ask your global administrator to assign your user to the global administrator role and sign in again."
Bohan cannot access Trend Micro, Inc.(JP-RD) Windows Dev Center, event [email protected] exist, and must use [email protected] login it.
May I know there are any solutions about this problem? ?
