For work i'm tasked with packaging Visual Studio 2015 (Professional) but i'm having trouble making VS2015 play nice. I'm playing around on a clean virtual machine that i can revert back to a clean state after a failed install

I followed the steps in /en-us/library/ee225237.aspx (cant post full links yet apparently) though without the Layout thing since our License Manager already downloaded a full install package.

I planned to use an AdminDeployment.xml which, as stated in the above link, i generated with the /CreateAdminFile argument. In this xml file i changed the features i wanted to have installed to "yes". But once i use it for the installation i find those features to not be installed. I can manually turn them on after that and they install fine so i think my source files are fine. I also tried moving the parts that didnt install down in the xml toward the end but also seemed to have little effect.
Even when i change ALL features in this xml file to "yes" they still wont install. I tried this with and without internet access.

Looking for an alternative i did find the /InstallSelectableItems argument and fiddled around with that, but i cant seem to find a clear description of valid entries (for example what is the "Universal Windows App Deployment Tools" group called, or the "Visual Studio Extensibility Tools Update" under Common Tools)?..).
