I used to be able to import a header (with markers) file (.txt) using the utility 'Windows Media File Editor' (from the Media Encoder Series 9) into a WM file.  Now it appears I can do the same with Expression Encoder 4 but it will only accept .xml files.  Is this true or is there still a way to import a header file (with markers) using a .txt file.  I dont know how to convert .txt to .xml in order to use this feature with Expression Encoder 4.
