I have built a database that contains records for clients and a separate table for interactions that we've had with them.  I would like to create a report that consolidates all of the interactions under each client's name.  I've been able to do this, but have a glitch.

If I have met with a client three times, My query shows three rows for each interaction.  It appears in a report as three times.  All of the info is included in each instance.
