In my Cloudyn account, when I pull report(overtime or monthly) for July 2018, I can only see data until 7/17. Does anyone have the same issue? This is the first time I run into this issue.

Also note that at the beginning of each month, data is being finalized. According to the FAQ:How long should it take to see Azure data in Cloudyn? (Data Refresh Timelines)

每月: 从每月的1号到10号,Cloudyn可能不会显示上个月底的最终数据.

Monthly: From the 1st to the 10th of each month, Cloudyn may not show the finalized data from the end of the previous month.

If your accounts show active and you normally see daily data that is now missing, you can open a service request from:

  • Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: All Services > Monitoring & Management > Cloudyn
