I have created a new site on SharePoint 2013 and specified the Look and Feel.

The look and feel works on the classic SharePoint sites/Pages. I then added some newSite Pages and the look and feel also flowed through to these but when I came into work this morning, the look and feel appears to have disappeared from all pages created using the new SharePoint experience.
