我们已经使用数据库附加方法完成了从SP2010到SP2013的迁移.我们能够成功访问页面和内容.但是问题是:页面库有一个OOB发布工作流程.当我单击工作流程名称时，它显示 我的工作流程的属性.但是奇怪的是，在选择工作流程模板"选项下，没有模板被选中并且已被禁用(禁用是默认行为).
We have done migration from SP2010 to SP2013 using database attach method. We are able to access the pages and content successfully. But the issue is: there is a OOB publishing workflow for the pages library. When I click on workflow name, it is showing me the properties of the workflow. But strange thing is, under select a workflow template option, no template got selected and it was disabled (disabling is default behavior).

If I click on Next button, it is thing "Please select workflow template".

Please go to site settings->site collection features, make sure you have activate the Workflows, Disposition Approval Workflow and Three-state workflow feature.
