I'm working on a training request system and planned on using a survey to collect responses pertaining to the request requirements. In testing whether or not this would work I ran into some issues where a list WF would not start on item creation, a requirement for this project. I also found that when I manually started the WF I would experience errors when the WF progressed to certain steps, particularly when it needed to wait for a field change..
