As far as I know the requirements between Beta 2 and RTM haven't changed, other than updating the LightSwitch server runtime to the RTM version (and I'm not sure that's even a deal-breaker). I'm able to run my Beta 2 and RTM apps on the same IIS instance without having to change anything.
