i notice that windows 7 has the aero peek .so i decide to upgrade it. after installing windows 7 professional , i find out that the aero peek is unusable

i try go the windows 7 user guide searching for answer and i notice that it has a check box on the properties that can disable and enable the aero peek but in my case that check box has been disable i can't do anything about it it display gray color words.
