我的电脑一直在关机，我一直在屏幕上收到一条消息，说"dcom进程服务器遇到问题，系统需要重新启动". 然后我得到一个小盒子，上面有一个计数器递减计数

hi can anyone help me please
my pc keeps shutting down on me,i keep getting a message on screen saying "dcom process server has encountered a problem,system will need to be restarted" and then i get a little box with a counter counting down
and then when the pc starts back up i keep getting a nother message saying "win32 services encountered a problem"
please help this is happening a lot now and its begining to frustrate me thanks

in this case i would click on ' microsoft support ' in my signature below , scroll on that page to the end and have a chat with the support staff , they have better tools to help you and see whats wrong
