I am very new to sharepoint, but got a project dumped into my lap that I'm hoping to get a little advice on.

My question is... is there a way to easily manage permissions/restrict access to the individual sales reps folder toonly that rep + manager?

Ex. If I'm a sales rep logged into office 365/sharepoint, I would only be able to see my individual sales report folder.
