I have faced a problem regarding IPP connection from IE10 metro UI."Connect " link does not present in metro IE 10 application for IPP connection .This observation differ from IE 10 desktop application. Hence, IPP connection can not be possible from IE10 metro application.

1.On a internet printing protocol(IPP) enabled server 2012,install the printer driver.Share the driver.
2.从客户端操作系统（Windows 8x32 / windows 8x64），使用IE地铁应用程序访问打印机驱动程序\\ \\\server name \printers。
3.尝试连接打印机。
2.From client os(which is Windows 8x32/windows 8x64), access the printer driver using IE metro application by \\server name\printers.
3.Try to connect the printer.

Observation:
Printers can not be connected via IPP form IE10 through Win8 metro application .'Connect' link not
available.
