I want (after years) to create a personal website. I checked Expression Web and this looks very good, especially the templates which makes it easily to add pages quickly.
However, eventually I want to use WPF / Xaml / Silverlight, ...
I am very new to website building but I think then Blend in combination with Visual Studio 2008 is the way to go (I'm currently a Windows application C# developer).
My question is: to create a website, should I use Web and then use Blend for the pages needed Silverlight or can I build the entire site in Blend/VS2008? I don't think templates like in Web are possible in Blend, nor the page managing and easy changes. Blend is more suitable for single pages, but I can be wrong.
Who knows the correct workflow for building a new website (with WPF/XAML) and using templates to easily modify generic properties to multiple pages?
