Is there any better way to make a Site Collection read only, But only SCA should be able to add document in Document libraries.
我可以为该网站集中的所有用户和组设置只读"权限(不将设置只读为true)，但是问题是，如果必须将网站集设置为只读，如何将权限还原为以前的状态?解锁.
I could make set Read Only permission for all the users and groups in that site collection (without setting read only to true), but the issues is, how can revert back the permission to previous state if the site collection has to be unlocked.

Marking a site on-prem as read only is possible but that also prevents SCA/Farm Admin from adding or changing anything, too.
