Hello,
I am getting an error in SyncToy, and cannot find a single internet resource that cites this error. I have search this forum, the Microsoft Knowledge Base, Bing, Yahoo, and Google. The error message I am getting appears to be discussed nowhere on the internet.

When trying to create a new folder pair in SyncToy I get the following error message:"Failed to create folder pair. Failed to create the provider." This happens when attempting to create a new folder pair, regardless of drive. I have attempted to create new folders pairs that go C: > C:, C: > G:, C: > H:, and G: > H:. I get the same error regardless of drive(s) used.

C: is an internal hard disk, G: is an external Seagate 1 TB USB 2.0 hard disk, and H: is a SanDisk Cruzer Titanium 4GB flash drive. There are no network drives hooked to this machine, except when I Telnet into school, and I have never tried to Sync over a network. All Sync attempts have been with local drives.
