I have ordered a WP7 phone and it will arrive today. Again, I would consider deployment to the WP7 device a natural part of testing and debugging a WP7 program and, hence, a part of the WP7 Development Toolkit. If not, then it seems that the 'FREE' WP7 Development Toolkit is not a complete one, but a credit card must be provided to obtain the full functionality of the "FREE" download! Is this beginning to sound familiar?

Q2: If I must join App Hub to deploy my WP7 apps to my WP7 phone for testing, then I would like to be able to join for R&D purposes, ONLY, at this time.
