My hotmail account had been blocked for two days already. I have tried all the suggested way to try to get back in again but unsuccessful. I have already answer the questions to try to identify myself as owner of this account. I have also provided a new hotmail account for further communication.

My question here is I noticed someone can provide their mobile phone number for communication. How come I was given this option, rather a optusnet email account. Who set up this optusnet email account anyway?

My 2rd questions is how to reply a email which being posted at forum area after I read it?

My 3rd questions is how to check the reply to my email at forum area?
