I have a Windows Server 2016 VM setup to sync multiple (9) file shares onto a drive using the Azure Storage Sync agent.  The agent itself on average consumes 50% CPU and the Storage Sync Monitor every now and then runs and consumes another 40%.  Is this due to the number of sync groups being synced on a single server?  Is this a known issue with the storage sync agent?

As far as is it normal to use 50% - that's an ambiguous question (as it dependents on the number and type of cpu cores)
