我有一个使用Visual Basics 6.0完成的软件
现在我想保护它免受海盗侵害.
现在该程序将由一家营销公司出售，我需要以下保护措施
1.为软件EXE文件创建密码.
2.我正在尝试通过CD提供CD，我想找到一种保护CD复制的解决方案，没有人可以复制CD内容.

I have a software done by using Visual Basics 6.0
Now i want to protect it from pirates.
Now the program is going to sell by a marketing company,i need following protections
1. Create a password for the software EXE file.
2. Am trying to provide it through CD,i want a solution to make the CD copy protected,no one can copy the CD content.
3. No can use the EXE files not more than 2 times(per CD),ie anyone cannot use the EXE file to install the software more than two times.
Kindly help me to find out a great solutions for all.
