Please Help to save my project...... I am fairly new to VB but have taken a introduction course at devry. My program is a definition type scanner... In my form I have 3 buttons, a textbox, a combobox checkbox made by devexpress and a text file in my resources that the program uses to find names in the chosen directory. How can I scan all of my hard drive by using recrusion with the text file as the names it will scan for?. I have looked all over the net for ideas but most if not all only allow you to scan by file name and not with a resource such as my virus list text file.
