Thanks to the Lab Management team for a great product. One quick question on an error I'm getting:
I have a running, error-free environment owned by tfsinstalluser. When I start Test Manager as tfsinstalluser (e.g., via "runas" tfsinstalluser) and then connect to this environment in the Environment Viewer, I can connect to each environment (and view images of each desktop) directly from the "Microsoft Environment Viewer" application. However, when I login to MTM as a different user (user1) and select "connect" to the running environment, I have Environment Viewer open with the error "Microsoft Environment Viewer lost the connection to the virtual machine" for each of the VMs in this environment. Nevertheless Testing, Workflow, and Network Isolation abilities are all show as running OK. The "more information" link didn't help me in this case. I can via MTM started as User1 right-click on a machine in the "Machines" pane of MTM and connect via Remote Desktop, but connecting directly doesn't work.
Can anyone point me to any resources for debugging this issue? Or is it the case that an environment can be connected in Environment Viewer only by the creator of this environment? My goal is to create an environment with network isolation that other team members can access via Environment Viewer.
