I am attempting to use Microsoft's document translator - which will translate pdf documents written in one language to another with retention of formatting.  I have subscribed to Microsoft Translator (https://datamarket.azure.com/dataset/bing/microsofttranslator), I have found "Translator" as an application where it requests that an application be registered (https://datamarket.azure.com/dataset/bing/microsofttranslator), but still unable to generate a Client ID, a Client Secret, and Category.  I don't see any ability to generate these tools - which I need to complete the document translation.  Not intuitive - but any direction would be greatly appreciated.   Thank you
