We arrived back in the office this morning, having done nothing to our Azure account in 24 hours apart from remote downloads of blobs via Url, and suddenly we cannot access our Storage from our Dashboard, when navigating into the Storage blade in the Azure portal, we are presented with a page that says:

Is it possible the ReadOnly lock was applied at the Resource Group or Subscription level? The only way you would see the above error is if an Administrator/owner on the subscription applied the lock. Is this a shared environment? I would recommend you audit the Activity logs for the subscription over the last 24-48 hrs to see if any of your Admins made this change. If not, please let me know and we can investigate further.
