In SP 2010 when i click Open with Explorer option I can only see Name, Data Modified , Type and Size columns (Metadata),
我的库中有一些其他元数据，例如Status和Department。
i have some other metadata in my library like Status and Department.

Is there anyway i can see these metadata when i choose Open with Explorer?
