Internet Explorer和Windows Media Player问题

我不知道电脑。

我有Windows 7，所有设置为即时更新或其所谓的。一切都很好，大约一年左右，更新安装成功，直到Internet Explorer 10出来。从那时起，我无法安装/更新任何内容。

由于Internet Explorer 11问世，我甚至无法使用Windows Media Player。根本没有声音

I have no idea about computers.

I have windows 7 and all set to instant updates or whatever its called. everything was fine for a year or so,  updates were installed sucessfully, until Internet Explorer 10 came out. Since then I have not been able to install/update anything.

Since Internet Explorer 11 came out, Im not even able to use Windows Media Player. No sound at all

I repeat, I have no knowledgeabout computers and all this is making me sick. How should I update things I have no knowledge about? I tried using Microsoft site and lots of other stuff but still no improvement

Should I give up Microsoft in general (none to take off problems) or what? I dont have time to search net to fix stuff that should be fixed with updates

If you want me to take internet/computer classess, not gonna happen, dont have time for that
