I try to send invitation to a user whose personal Microsoft Account and Organizational Account are the same email address.

But when the user accepts the invitation and joins the project, it is his personal Microsoft Account used. 

How can he use his Organizational account to login to the project? Or is there any way to send invitation to organizational account instead of personal ones?
