Have just setup O365 for enterprise. Also activated Project Online Premium. Setup Enterprise Resources Pool. Synchronized with Active Directory. all that is working fine.

The linkage you are seeking between calendars in Outlook and Project Online does not exist. Sorry. In Project Online, the system creates a calendar for each resource, based on the enterprise Standard calendar by default. The resource's calendar in Project Online is not linked in any way to their Outlook calendar. If your organization used the Timesheet functionality in Project Online, team members can submit future planned nonworking time, such as vacation, which will then be entered on their calendar in Project Online.
