Hi All,

无法打开密码受保护的工作簿。

Unable to open a password protected workbook.

请求在Excel中打开，当输入密码以打开为写访问时，我收到错误，告知'工作簿当前由256个用户打开'电子表格然后只有以只读访问权限打开。

Requests to open in Excel, When typing in the Password to open as Write access I get the error advising that 'the workbook is currently open by 256 users' Spreadsheet then only opens as read only access.

对此有何建议？

Seems other user is editing the particular file now. You may try to "save as" this file from SharePoint to your desktop, then try to open and see if you are able to open the excel file.
