My Sharepoint server was inaccessible for about 10 minutes. I am exploring lots of causes, however I noticed that there was a "Failed" update that occurred at the exact same time as the outage. I can't find an answer online as to why the server tried to update on its own (apparently)? Where in Sharepoint can I control updates, and are they set to automatically update by default? I looked at the log file and it doesn't reveal anything (that I am aware of). Thanks in advance. Steve
