我试图在我的ubuntu服务器上安装ID3 php模块..

im trying to install ID3 php module on my ubuntu server ..

at some point is asks me to restart apache 

when i did the site gone ... the error that chrome shows is 

This webpage is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I can connect ssh on my server .. connect ftp .. but it only goes from appearing on browsers...

is there any wrong step in the resources above ... ?

is there a clear way to install this module?
