2 years ago my Website was moved to a server without the Frontpage extensions. I didn't have any components on my Website that needed the Frontpage extensions so I accepted the offer from my hosting company. At that time I was using Frontpage 2002. So I started to publish my Website using the ftp method in Frontpage. With the ftp method, I always had problems publishing my Website. I got a server timed out message at least one time out of 2 when trying to publish my Website.

Now with Expression Web 4, I was hoping to solve my problem. Unfortunately, I got a message "Can't connect to www.... on port 21" about 1 time out of 2 when I try to publish my Website. I searched this forum for a solution. EW4 is checked in my firewall setting (I use the one that come with Windows 7). I also tried to enable or disable the ftp passive mode. But I still have the problem. Is it because my Website have a lot of files?
