作为工作体验安置的一部分，我需要研究TAPI以及如何将其实现到基本应用程序中以监控来电和显示数字，以及通过输入数字拨打电话，选择联系人等。

基本上我没有这方面的经验，在网上查看例子后，很多人似乎使用不同的方法，而且相当混乱，没有相关主题的经验。想知道是否有一个简单易用的分步指南，将用C＃介绍TAPI并承担我上面提到的任务？

As part of a work experience placement I need to look into TAPI and how I can implement it into a basic application to Monitor incoming calls and displaying numbers, as well as dialing out by entering numbers, selecting a contact etc.
Basically I have no experience with this and after looking at examples online, many seem to use different approaches and its quite confusing with no experience in the subject. Was wondering if there was a simple to use step by step guide that will introduce TAPI with C# and undertaking the tasks which I mentioned above?
