I installed the Windows Phone SDK on my desktop no problems, everything works great.

I then installed it on my Dell Inpiron R17, and it made my keyboard and trackpad not work. I had to plug in a usb mouse and keyboard. I did a system restore before the SDK, works again. Installed SDK, breaks again. Went back to the restore point.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening, and how I can get around it? I want to be able to develop on my laptop, as it's my primary computing device.

To open device manager - Right Click on My Computer --> Manage --> Device Manager under System Tools menu.
