无法将vista更改为xp。网络浏览器冻结

问题描述

几个月前我买了一台惠普笔记本电脑（pavillion dv5）新版vista，但是在使用inerne时我遇到了很多问题.. windows explorer停止工作&然后重新开始，但它自己！连信使！任何我想如何从vista改为xp，但他们告诉我他们无法完成因为新的hp笔记本电脑标准无法改变。

现在我想改变它到Windows 7
任何人都可以指导我解决这个令人困惑的问题。

few months ago i bought an hp laptop (pavillion dv5) new version of vista, but i had many problems when using the inerne.. windows explorer stops working & then restarts but it self!!! even the messenger!!! any how i wanted to change from vista to xp, but they told me they cant be done cuz new hp laptops standard cannot be changed..

now im thinkin to change it to windows 7

anyone can guide me in this confusing problem..
