I'd like to submit a support incident (one of the two I have that are included in my MSDN subscription). I've obtained Access ID and Contract ID #s and now want to be sure I navigate the proper support category to submit the incident.

When attempting to submit an online incident I'm presented with a number of categories to first choose from. I want to submit an incident under something related to "Compact 7" and I so far have *not* been able to locate anything. The closest top-level category I see is "Windows" and after selecting "More Windows..." I see dozens of possibilities (including "Windows Embedded Standard 7" and "Windows Embedded XP", etc.), but nothing that identifies "Compact 7". Why is this?? What category/item should I choose when submitting a "Compact 7" incident? "Compact 7" *is* a supported incident category isn't it ;)??

This is what you need to do to submit a support incident using MSDN Subscription:

- In Support Options, select "Don’t use a product identification number" and click continue to get to the next screen.
- In Payment Options, select "Professional (5-pack) and other contracts (Access ID required)" and continue to the next screen
- Select your prefered support option and continue
- Now you should be presented with a screen asking for your Contract ID and Access ID. You find those in your confirmation mail from step 3. Fill them in and click "continue".
- Voila, you can now submit your support incident online.
- In the "Operating System" filed, select "Others"
