ASPX页面上的页眉和页脚页面

我遇到一种情况，我需要在应用程序的所有页面上都具有页眉和页脚.我不想使用母版页方法，因为我对javascript和usercontrol的aspx页有限制.

我们在dotnet中是否有任何机制，例如包含文件等，使用该机制随着页面的变化而更改url，并且页眉和页脚也会显示在每个页面上.

Hi,

I have a situation where I need to have header and footer on all the pages of my application. I dont want to go by master page approach as with this I have restrictions on the aspx pages for javascript and usercontrol.

Do we have any mechanism in dotnet like include file etc. using which url changes as pwer the page and header and footer also shows up on every page.
