Im able to open a help file (.chm file) of an application in my own Win7 PC. Whereas in a customized Win7 PC, which is not having HTML Help Workshop it was unable to open. Even i have downloaded htmlhelp.exe from microsoft and it didnt worked. Is there any dependency of visual studio or .net for opening .chm files? Please help.
