"Prime Lands" is a fast growing Land sales company whose core business is the sale lands and rent houses. The new manager wants to introduce computerized system to this company letting process to make more efficient. The activities that support the main processing are described below:
A land or house owner contacts Prime Lands to discuss their requirements. An appointment is made in the diary and date and time is confirmed to owners over the phone. Once the visit has taken place the property consultant return to Prime Lands with the property particulars and hopefully, the signed agreement. Once the signed agreement is back at Prime Lands the property account is created with details of both property and the contract terms being recorded.
As soon as a new instruction is received a search takes place through the existing files of potential buyers and a targeted mail –shot then taken place.
When someone wants to view a property an appointment is made for the property consultants to accompany the viewer. A record of each viewing is kept with details of the date, property visited, property consultant, potential customer details and an indication of outcomes.
Once a sale or rental is agreed, the details are passed over to there sales administration team to mange the sales through the completion or to the Letting Management division.
i want to know that stages of a Life cycle model which i can use to develop a computerized system to above mention organization
