解决pip install的时候报错timed out的问题

安装包的时候报错，执行：pip install pyinstaller

问题：

p._vendor.requests.packages.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='pypi.python.org', port=443): Read timed out.

解决：

修改超时时间：

pip --default-timeout=1000 install -U pip

指定安装源进行安装：

pip install pyinstaller -i https://pypi.doubanio.com/simple
