如错误所说-不允许操作。我不是Linux用户，但不是Mac用户-但这可能是因为您尝试在没有root特权的情况下执行此操作。

您可以尝试sudo pip install coremltools。但是一般来讲，在系统范围内安装开发库不是最佳实践。

您绝对应该使用 virtualenv 。
