gcc (x86_64-posix-seh-rev0, Built by MinGW-W64 project) 5.3.0

并用

gcc -Wall -shared -m64 -o tridiag.so_windows tridiag.c

现在运行。所以我认为这只是一个愚蠢的体系结构问题。
