Android Marshmallow 6.0.1蓝牙扫描未返回任何结果

对于Kitkat 4.4.4，按照update + appCompat的规定，以下代码和权限可能无法正常运行6.01中的Bluetooth。

因此，您必须先申请位置权限，然后再使用startDiscovery()
