我认为问题是由于您自己分配了$_cols变量。当您这样做时，Zend_Db_Table没有正确初始化。根据Zend Framework reference指定的列，您应该覆盖describeTable()方法:

具体来说，您的Default_Model_Pages没有正确初始化，因为没有执行Zend_Db_Table_Abstract的_setupMetadata()。通常在未设置_primary或_cols变量时执行。因为您在Default_Model_Pages中手动设置了这两个变量，所以_setupMetadata不运行。这也是当您从类中删除protected $_primary = 'id';时一切正常的原因。在这种情况下，未设置$_primary，随后在_setupMetadata()方法中调用了_setupPrimaryKey()。
